  Woodstream students who attended sixth through eighth grades were originally bused to the F. V. Evans School. Howard "Sonny" Evans, shown here in a 1974 photo, was one of the early bus drivers for Woodstream. He also drove Woodstream students who attended St. Joan of Arc School.
